Market Stand Cafe
Dine in an elegant yet relaxed setting overlooking downtown Columbus at Market Stand Café. The open area design, reminiscent of a market place, tickles the senses as you enjoy the hustle and bustle of a street fair atmosphere – without the hassle of navigating crowds to get your food! Begin your day with our delicious hot breakfast buffet spread, and our made-to-order omelette station. Then for lunch, savor a rustic Tuscan salad, complete with grilled salmon, roasted peppers, grilled asparagus and artichokes as you prep between meetings, or kick back after a long day with a leisurely meal of pecan-crusted chicken breast or a tender and juicy New York strip steak. Hyatt Regency Columbus proudly welcomes Chef Steve Johnson. Steve has been active in the Hyatt culinary field for over 11 years. He most recently served as Executive Chef at Hyatt Westlake Village, where he created and implemented new banquet and restaurant menus. While serving as Executive Chef, he earned the Chef of the Year- Small Hotel 2010 award. This honor is awarded to the top performing Hyatt executive chef within the small hotel category (400 rooms or less).
